Top 10 Emerging Influential Blogs for 2009

These are my personal pick out of the blog sites posted at Influential Blogger. My criteria in coming up with this selection, in descending order of weight, are (1) visual impact, (2) content abundance, and (3) content significance. I know there are other criteria equally important such as prose, grammar, entertainment value, etc., but I did not consider these as that old tyrant, TIME, was hard on my heels. So those of you not mentioned in this list, don't feel too bad. This list is at best a rough approximation of what's best out there.
